Privacy notice

Last updated November 1, 2026. This is a plain-language notice for our pre-launch website. It will be replaced by a full privacy policy before the product launches.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the time of sign-up.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Analytics (PostHog). We use analytics to count page views and button clicks, such as waitlist sign-ups. PostHog (US region) stores a random first-party identifier in a cookie / local storage so repeat visits are not double-counted. We do not record sessions and do not send your email address to analytics.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you when the seating chart maker opens, share launch pricing, and send occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. If we later show ads on our free guide pages, we will update this notice first.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare D1). Access is limited to the people building the product.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe using the link in any email.
• Ask us to access or delete your data by emailing hi@tan61.dev.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
